The Vocal Point is a simple full duplex counter intercom perfect for the hard of hearing. Vocal Point allows for clear communication at ticket counters and provides the user with the choice to listen through their hearing aid, or to pick up the handset to communicate with the agent. The Agents side includes a desktop unit with an omnidirectional microphone and on/off switch. The customers side includes a handset that acts like a handheld speakerphone. The BME induction loop (included with Vocal Point) can be installed under the counter.
