Summary:

This course will teach you how to design hearing loop systems that meet Australian Standards and place you ahead of your competition.

Description:

During this course you will:

Compare the benefits of different Assistive Listening technologies

Learn how Infra-red, FM and Induction Loop systems work

Understand the benefits of each type of system

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Australian Standards in relation to hearing loop systems

Learn how to carry out hearing loop site surveys and properly commission a finished installation

Experience a demonstration of perimeter and low spill phased array loop systems

Understand structural metal loss and learn how to overcome it

Learn to deal with installation issues:

  • Cable types
  • Loop and signal cable runs
  • Coping with electric guitars
